Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
- Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
- Proof of bill must be provided.
- Provide relevant photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered.
- Original packaging must be returned at the time of exchange.
- Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Returns
Returns of Products will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
No refunds will be entertained for returned products. Instead, the product will be replaced.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, you can raise a Return Request or contact us at orders@oldisgold.farm or call us at 88384 65354.
If your return is accepted, our delivery partners will collect the package.
IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items on Offers are not eligible for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and process a replacement.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
- If your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.
Note: Millet Amma reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds will not be provided for returned products, as products are only eligible for replacement.
- If approved for any refund (in exceptional cases), the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
